Canopy USA.com Return Policy

Should there be a need to return any canopy purchase from us, here are some common sense guidelines. All canopies must be returned in good condition, not removed from original packaging. All returns must be within 30 days of purchase. All returns require an RMA number. To obtain an RMA number and the return product address, call our customer service department with your original order number.  Returning product is to be shipped at customer's expense. If a shipment is refused, the return shipping costs will be charged to customer's credit card on file. All returns are subject to a re-stocking fee. Damaged packaging will incur a re-packaging fee as well. Management reserves the right to determine the condition and salability of all returns before issuing any refunds. Refunds are issued in the form a check for purchase price less shipping, re-stocking and any re-packaging fees that may apply.

Some Exceptions to the Return Policy:

  • Items in the "Specials" are not returnable.
  • Custom canopies manufactured to your specifications are not returnable.
  • Bulk discounted orders are not returnable.

Canopy Warranty

We promise to repair or replace our canopies within thirty days of purchase if defective in materials or workmanship. This limited warranty does not cover damage due to neglect, wind, snow, fire, misuse or any act of God, nor does this limited warranty cover damage resulting from the canopy not having been securely fastened down nor from improper installation. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages in connection with the use of the tarp, including any cost or expense of providing substitute equipment or service during periods of non-use. EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES: We make no warranties, which extend beyond the description on the face hereof. Specifically, the Warranty of Merchantability and the Warranty of Fitness for a Particular Purpose are excluded.
